HOW WE PROCESS ALL INCOMING ORDERS
All orders are processed every day, 7 days a week and they are generally shipped within the two following working days. The delivery is guaranteed within 5 working days from the order confirmation date, except for force majeure. In case the Customer does not receive the delivery in the here specified times, the Customer has to communicate the missed delivery to the e-mail box email@example.com specifying in the subject the Order Nr. and the caption 'Missed delivery'Â. D.L.R. Snc will investigate on the delivery in conjunction with the transport company utilized and it will give a reply within 10 working day. If the delivery should not be completed, the Customer will be reimbursed of the total amount of the order included the shipping costs.
DDP (DELIVERY DUTY PAID) - INSIDE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY AND U.S.A., CANADA, AUSTRALIA, SWISS, HONG KONG AND SINGAPORE.
Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain (UK), Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain,Sweden, Usa, Canada, Australia, Swiss, Hong Kong and Singapore. Shipments to these countries calculate import duties, custom fees and local sales taxes within the price published on the web Site.
DDU (DELIVERY DUTY UNPAID) - OUTSIDE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY
Orders shipped outside of the European Economic Community (eccept Usa,Canada,Australia, Swiss, Hong Kong and Singapore) exempted from Italian Valued Added Tax, but are subjected to import duties, local taxes and customs fees.
US IMPORTER REQUIREMENTS
Private U.S.A. citizens and non-U.S.A. citizens residing in the U.S.A. that import from abroad following online purchases are considered final importers: they must have and release to the courier/broker a SSN - Social Security Number or, if they're non-U.S.A. citizens, a CBP - Customs Border Protection Number. The process to request and obtain a CBP takes around 10 working days. If the package cannot be cleared and delivered due to Customer's responsibility in non-compliance of import requirements (wrong telephone number and address, SSN or CBP numbers not provided) the package will be sent back to Italy at the Customer's expense, that includes shipping and import fees: this expense will be deducted from the final reimbursement.
